Forest Floor Food Web

This is a Food Web on the Forest Floor. See if you can identify all the parts of the food web that make this a functioning, healthy ecosystem. Look for:

The Producers - the club mosses and plants.

The Primary Consumers – the mouse, chipmunk, snails, slugs.

The Secondary Consumers – the newts, salamanders, weasel and toad.

The Scavengers –  the weasel, ants and other insects.

The Decomposers or Detritivores – the mushrooms, insects and microorganisms.
