What is your favorite animal? Why?
The Mountain Tapir is about my favorite animal. They are really very sweet animals. They have a long, soft nose that they kiss and nuzzle with. They are the smallest of the tapirs though they can get up to about 500 pounds, as adults. They’re from the Andes in South America so they have a thick coat of fur. They have these rounded ears that are very endearing.
